Cactus Shadows Fine Arts Center

This facility is used for student performances, staff training and other special events. When not in use by students or staff, the Center, which has a 450-seat auditorium, also is leased to community and state groups for dance and music recitals, pageants, meetings, art exhibits, plays and other events.

      Beauty and the Beast, Jr. Cactus Shadows Fine Arts Center Beauty and the Beast, Jr. Presented by Desert Foothills Theater at Cactus Shadows Fine Arts Center May 18-May 27, 2012 The Brainy and Beautiful Belle yearns to escape her provincial life...and her brute of a suitor, Gaston. However, Belle gets more adventure than she wanted when she becomes a captive in the Beast's enchanted castle! Dancing flatware, menacing wolves, and singing furniture fill the stage with thrills in this beloved fairy tale about very different people finding strength in one another and learning how to love.
