About the artist: Her music is a fusion of tropical and South American rates with a Latin Pop base. The power of her voice has given life to own lyrics and created a new style of known songs from the past.

Born in Ecuador, raised in Perú, Diana Mera owns a melodic, scenic,interpretative and creative power, that makes her shine with own light in the stages that she captivates with her voice, her force and personal magnetism.

Mera started her national promotion in the Spanish media in March 2004. During her tour in Miami she appeared in important Latin TV shows like "Despierta America" and "El Gordo y la Flaca" in Univision and "De Mañanita" in Telemundo. Univision Radio also welcomed her music as well as other local radio stations in Miami. The video "Regresa" & "Si tu estuvieras aqui" has been programmed in "MTV español" and it's being aired in VH1 (VHUno in Spanish)

The talented Diana Mera is also an actress and she got a part in the acclaimed play "The Vagina Monologues" (Spanish version) by Eve Ensler becoming one of the most admired performances that now is giving her an Arizoni Awards nomination for "best supporting actress".
