Women in the Winner's Circle
March 1-March 31, 2011
Arizona Science Center and Ford Motor Company have teamed up in honor of Women's History Month (March) to offer a special auto racing historical exhibit, Women in the Winner's Circle.
The exhibit captures the spirit and passion of women who set the standard for a sport where women can, do and will continue to compete with men on an equal basis. Women like the Valley's own Danica Patrick, who is currently competing in the IndyCar Series and the NASCAR Nationwide Series, and former racing pro Lyn St. James, who became the first woman to win the Indianapolis 500 Rookie of the Year award.
Additional Information: Guests who test drive a new Ford at any Valley Ford Dealership between now and March 20 will receive two free general admission tickets to Arizona Science Center (excludes admission to Gunther von Hagen's Body Worlds and The Brain).
The exhibit is presented locally by Ford Motor Company and was developed by the Women in the Winner's Circle Foundation and The Henry Ford.
