Denny Laine is an English songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. He was the guitarist and lead singer of The Moody Blues on their1965 debut album The Magnificent Moodies and, later, best known for his role as co-founder (with Paul and Linda McCartney) of Wings. Denny Laine was one of three constants in Wings, along with Paul and Linda McCartney. He joined Wings in 1971 for their album Wild Life and stayed until 1981, when Wings broke up. Denny's success has included songs like "Go Now", "Band On The Run", "Live and Let Die" and many more. Denny Laine is the latest in the Acoustic Skye series and brings his hits and his stories to The Platinum Room at Skye.
