Sponsored by the Center for Nanotechnology in Society at Arizona State University, Science Caf?'s are informal discussions that bring together members of the community and university scientists to discuss how science and technology can change the future. In a typical caf?, scientists speak for 15-20 minutes on a topic, with the rest of the time for the public to ask questions and raise concerns.

Today's National Science caf? is in collaboration with the Nanoscale Informal Science Education Network (NISENet). The topic will be "Tasty Bits: Nanotechnology in Food". Its speaker is to be announced.
