Looking at The Glow Series by Scott McNeill exhibition, participants will create artworks using special materials that yield extraordinary results. Different materials and techniques will be explored to allow for maximum effects such as 3-D art, extreme perspective, color relationships and photo luminescence. Drawing ability is not necessary. All materials will be provided.
