The SeaPresented by Phoenix Art Museum at Phoenix Art Museum March 3-July 15, 2012 Phoenix Art Museum presents The Sea, its latest fashion design exhibition that explores the sea's romantic influence on fashion.
This exhibition illustrates designer's fascination with both the palette, forms and textures of the ocean throughout time, and features both historical garments and contemporary works by international fashion designers including John Paul Gaultier, Prada and Karl Lagerfeld for Chanel, among others.
